Hello Generals,

We are announcing that Power Plant building resources will be lowered in a percent from 42% to 33% (0-10 levels, 10-20 levels).

Low levels (0~10,10~20) of the building will be easier to build and as the levels of the building increase (over level 20) the needed resources will be as before.
